Terms and Conditions
A r t w o r k – All artworks designed by the artist are copyright and belong to Black Emperor Tattoo. There shall be no reproduction of the artworks except with the express prior consent of Black Emperor Tattoo.
P a y m e n t – Full payment must be made by completion of each tattoo session. A non-refundable fee starting at $50 (amount may increase depending on artwork) shall be paid up front for any customised work. All payments in cash (only).
R e s e r v e dOR i g h t s – We reserve the right to refuse service at our absolute discretion.
H e a l t hOM e a s u r e s – If you should have any health problems including but not limited to diabetes, eczema or any other skin ailments, the artist must be informed when making an appointment. Neither Black Emperor Tattoo nor the artist will be liable for any injury sustained or losses suffered by you arising from your non-disclosure, regardless of the reasons for non-disclosure.
A g eOL i m i t – You must be 18 years and above to get tattooed. We will not entertain those below this age limit.
